I have a Bang & Olufsen sound system in my Audi A4 B9.However, lately I have noticed more and more noise in the sound. Now I hear a very, very annoying noise from the subwoofer with strong bass, which you can clearly hear in the attached audio.Namely, it is a sound like that of a cricket. It always comes at the peak from the bass.At first I thought something in the trunk might be making the noise due to vibration, but I cleaned it out and tested it and it was still there. The noise increases when I drive on a rough road while the bass is playing and the car shakes. It is incredibly annoying and cannot be fixed by adjusting the settings. Can someone maybe hear out what the problem is and how to fix it?For smaller interventions, I wouldn't have a problem doing it myself, but I don't want to play around a lot when it's more complicated.Thank you in advance for your answers :)Check if the magnet is still tight.Check if the magnet is still tight. Thanks for the tip, is there some sort of guide on how to disassemble it?he's peeping out of the rear window shelf...just checking to see if it wobbles - I had mine too, because a plastic bracket broke. It must have happened when something was pushed in... if it broke, the subwoofer has to be replaced. To do this, the D-pillars must be removed and the parcel shelf removed...Get an answer within 90 minutes from Europe's largest car and motor community with over 50 million posts.
